At I&A Nail Supply, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for unwanted, unused, or incorrectly selected products.

Damaged Products During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once the damage is verified, I&A Nail Supply may offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Please do not send any products back without contacting us first and receiving instructions.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
